Any quote you receive and any work performed is provided by the independent arborist business, under their own terms, licensing and insurance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of that business. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
